Ingredients
  

  • 1 tortilla
  • Fresh tomatoes chopped
  • Fresh spinach
  • 4-5 eggs
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
