Cinnamon Apple Bread
A soft, moist, and spiced apple bread with a hint of cinnamon and a sweet vanilla glaze. Perfect for cozy mornings, afternoon coffee, or fall gatherings.

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Combine sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, mix the egg, milk, butter, and vanilla until combined.
- Add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients. Fold in the grated apple, being careful not to overmix.
- Pour the mixture into the pan, then sprinkle with brown sugar.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until golden brown, or until the internal temperature reaches 200–205°F.
- Let it cool, then top with the glaze!
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg or cloves to the batter.
Try using half white sugar and half brown sugar for a deeper flavor.
Store leftovers wrapped at room temperature for up to 2 days, or freeze slices for later.
Check doneness with a toothpick in the center; if it comes out clean, it’s ready.

I have made 3 loaves in the past 3 days it’s amazing and a new family favorite! Not to mention my home smells incredible while baking. The apples make it so moist and delicious, will be on heavy repeat this fall!
